PMA is a network of financial services companies, dedicated to building financial strategies for stronger communities.

PMA recognized the potential to augment their approach to recruiting, elevate their hiring presence and distinguish their workplace culture through a culture video.

However, they had a limited number of videos available for showcasing the organization. Moreover, the majority of these assets were outdated, underscoring the vital need for refreshing content that resonates with present-day audiences.

So they turned to Charter & Co as their video production partner. The goal was clear: develop a high-energy, engaging video that offers a glimpse into the unique working experience at PMA.

The Solution

The process began with a meticulously planned creative strategy meeting, focusing on PMA's hiring goals, key values, and organizational structure.

A tailored series of interview questions was designed to allow employees to authentically articulate the unique PMA story, emphasizing the workplace culture and company purpose.

We captured over 2 hours of interview content and footage from their office and distilled it into a concise 2-minute video during post-production.

We also added custom motion graphics that flowed seamlessly with PMA's brand and website design, using animation to highlight essential "value phrases.”

This holistic solution positioned PMA with a compelling and vibrant representation of their workplace culture for recruiting platforms, the website careers page, and their LinkedIn profile.
